Aradhana offers free training programs for individuals interested in working in garment factories. With expert guidance, we provide education on fabrics, garments, and industry culture to help trainees develop essential skills and knowledge.
This training initiative benefits Aradhana and numerous other garment manufacturers in the region by cultivating a skilled and high-quality workforce.
We generate over 18.5 megawatts from wind turbines and 20.234 megawatts from solar energy annually, fully meeting our power needs.
